"Cooking the Country: Exploring the Culinary Landscape of the United States"
Please click your student's age group below to get started:
From Vermont's maple syrup to the green chiles of New Mexico, the food landscape of the United States is as varied as the physical landscape. This summer, YUM Chefs is excited to cook and eat regional foods from across the US.
Each camp day highlights a different city in one of five geographic regions, meaning no two sessions the same! We invite your student to join us for more than one session to truly taste America.
For example: Session 3 could explore Seattle, Santa Fe, Austin, Philadelphia, and Miami while Session 4 might visit San Francisco, Phoenix, Chicago, Boston, and New Orleans.
