2019 Summer Camp

CAMP DETAILS

HOURS Camp runs Monday - Friday, from 9:00am - 3:00pm

PRICE Each session costs $675, runs for 5 days, and includes lunch + two snacks each day

LOGISTICS Drop off is from 9:00 - 9:15am and pick up is from 2:45 - 3:00pm


 (CAMP GROUPINGS are reflective of students "rising into" said grade for Fall 2019 school year)

For example, a rising 1st grader is eligible to go into the [1st, 2nd, 3rd graders] group and a rising 4th grader is eligible to go into the [4th, 5th, 6th graders] group.

Back To The Basics Camp

Grades: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

JUNE 3rd - JUNE 7th 

Your Young chef will learn all the important basics in this camp. We will cover knife skills, kitchen safety, different cuts, how to make sweet and savory dishes, different herbs and spices to use, and so much more. This is the perfect class for beginners and pros that need a little refresher to get them started on their summer baking and culinary camp journey.

The Great San Francisco Bake Off

Grades: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd 

JUNE 10th - JUNE 14th 

On your mark, get set, bake! In this camp your child will compete with their fellow chefs to win the bake off. They will work with their team to complete a different recipe everyday. Each team will present their creation when done and stand before the judges to see who takes home the prize.

JUNE 17th - JUNE 21st

Get ready to explore different dishes from around the world, no plane ticket necessary. In this camp we will be traveling to Mexico, Turkey, China, Ethiopia, and Greece. The kids will also get to ask questions to guest speakers from a few of the places we visit. Get ready to travel via taste buds.

Explore the Garden

Grade: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd 

JULY 29th - AUGUST 2nd

If it grows in a garden, we are eating it. In this camp we focus on fruits and vegetables and how they grow. Your young chefs will learn how to make filling salads, dressings, veggie heavy dishes, smoothies and how to care for a garden. At the end of camp each camper will be able to take home a plant of their own to care for and help grow. if the color is bright its alright!
